30 Day Temporary Tags

What you need to obtain 30 Day Temporary Tags:
  1. Title-Signed by the Seller & Buyer
  2. Application for Certification of Title-Form VR-005- (Note: This form will be given to you here to sign, & date)
  3. Lien Release If any
  4. Notarized  Bill of Sale – If the Vehicle is 7yrs or newer and is purchased from an individual. Please download form VR-181 (Bill of Sale)for seller to fill out,  sign, date & Notarize.
  5. Form VR-129 -MD  Temporary Inspection Waiver- (Note: This form will be given to you here to sign, & date)
  6. Driver’s License
  7. Insurance Coverage

Titled Vehicle with 30 Day Temporary Tags

This is for a vehicle that was initially titled in the state of Maryland without registration i.e. when the title was registered at first, it was a “Title Only” Registration

You will need:
  1. Present the Title or Vin# 
  2.  Form VR-129- MD  Temporary Inspection Waiver(Note: This form will be given to you here to sign, & date)
  3. Driver’s License
  4. Insurance Coverage

Motorcycle 30 Day Temp Tag

You will need the following documents:
  1. Title-Signed by the Seller & Buyer
  2. Application for Certification of Title-Form VR-005-(Note: This form will be given to you here to sign, & date)
  3. Lien Release If any
  4. Dealer Bill of Sale if purchased from a Dealer. Notarized Bill of Sale if the vehicle is  7 yrs or newer and is purchased from an individual. Please download form VR-181 (Bill of Sale)for seller to fill out,  date ,sign & notarize.
  5. Form VR-129-MD  Temporary Inspection Waiver-(Note: This form will be given to you here to sign, & date)
  6. Driver’s License
  7. Insurance Coverage
